Once an order is received, all prints and specifications are again reviewed - and then a detailed routing plan is produced, including machining and inspection points to ensure quality. Our highly experienced staff reviews every part before it is put into production. Every production run goes through an extensive pre-production palnning review to ensure that every part meets the Purchase Order requirements when it is complete. Throughout the entire machining process we check our parts at each operation in real time as they are machined to ensure that the highest level of conformance to blueprint specifications is achieved.
